"Fabulous! I had mislaid my usual recipie for Leek & Potato Soup so decided to give this one a go & I am so glad I did. The addition of the bacon gives it such a lovely more-ish flavour. It went down a treat with the whole family - even with my 3 year old who is such a fussy eater! Even got requests for more the next day. Will most definately be making it again."

"I made this cake last week after my father gave me a huge bag of rhubarb from his allotment. I followed the recipe to the letter & it tasted divine. Very light & moist. As it made so much I also shared mine out amongst friends who also raved about it. Would definatley make it again."
