"I saw someone at a Country fayre selling 'cookie jars'. They were £9.00 for 1/2 litre. I actually considered purchasing these. So glad I spotted this instead. My Jars are now all made up and ready to be delivered to friends. 6 jars complete with contents cost me just over a tenner. What a winner! "

"I made this in November 2008. Just found a jar remaining at the back of the cupboard. Just as good now as it was when we opened the first jar. Great recipe."

"I also hate pastry so never use a traditional recipe. I have adapted this slightly by using Cottage cheese instead of the milk. Really scrummy and by using reduced fat cheese on top, cuts the fat levels down as well! What a winner."
