"A favourite midweek recipe of mine. Sometimes jazz it up with some fresh veg (broad beans, broccoli, peppers) or a good dash of pepper sauce to give it a kick. Love it with brown rice. reheats well next day, I don't mind if the fish breaks up a bit, I like dinner i can eat with a spoon!"
