Sticky slow-roast belly of pork

"This is pork as it's meant to be! Simply amazing, although I have had a similar experience to the earlier poster about the meat blackening. The final stage need not be as long sa stated. I want to eat it again right now."

" I made this with leftover Christmas ham and was worried that it would be too bland. It wasn't. Fantasticly easy and makes you look like a pro! p.s. Max, university is pot noodle, not nice stuff like this!"
