"This recipe is okay but only okay. I doubled the weight of chorizo but should have doubled it again. I also added 30g parmesan to topping but should perhaps have used double that. Will only make this again when I need to use excess of leeks from allotment."

"Only soup I have ever tasted that beats this is my mum's lentil! Used leeks of the allotment and will definitely be making this again, a big hit with hubby and me and several other plotters who joined us for lunch."

"Looks very pretty in the picture but my pork came out a lot darker making the whole dish look a bit samey and unappetising. Not my favourite meal and think if I was going to make it again it would be with chicken."
