"I could eat this all the time, it's so good. A friend made it for a barbecue and then I had to track down the recipe - I was hooked! I often add more peppers in (different colours) and other salad veg, depending on what I've got in the fridge."

"Mmm, we liked this one a lot! I put a splash of beer into the batter mix and it made it all light and fluffy. We had it with cheesy sweet potato mash, veg and onion gravy."
