"Being greek I took to the idea of trying a vegetarian version of moussaka and it was surprisingly tasty. I think next time I might add potatoes (lightly fried) to give it a more authentic taste. I also made my own cheese sauce and I added about half a teaspoon of sugar to the tomatoes. Deff want to try this again. Soufflet topping was interesting I would normally just use a bechamel sauce. "

"silly me forgot to add the baking powder so it cooked too quickly and remained flat,. But (and dont ask me how) it was still edible and very very tasty. Deff will make again."

"This was a complete disaster! The roasted vegetables tasted delicious as I had a few before I put them into the sauce but my sauce tasted far too tomatoey I even put extra spices in but still the same. My apricots didnt plump up at all like it said. Ended up throwing half of it away . So Ill just roast the vegies in future and forget about the sauce. "

"To be honest I expected this to be better than it was. I found the chicken was slightly dry inside and the potatoes although tasty were definately not crispy The sauce towards the end got a bit sticky and blackish. It was ok but dont think I would try again"

"Does anyone know if I can substitue the golden syrup with a tablespoon of greek honey? I live in Athens and I can only get golden syrup from certain shops so its not always something I have at hand."
