"Loved this but first time found the oil far too much so second time only used 2tbsp which much preferred. Also as my husband likes to have meat, if I'm making for him I've also started added shredded chicken to it to make more substantial meal for him which is lovely."

"This was lovely but the mozarella is a bit stringy and as it doesnt have much of a flavour, made it again with parmesan and was reallt tasty and crispy."

"This was beautiful - best cheesecake ive ever made and as I didnt have any fresh fruit in, I used frozen summer berries and just defrosted them before use which was still lovely. It was creamy and gorgeous, would definitely recommend. I used a round cake tin as my loaf tin was a bit small."
