"Wow this cake is fantastic. Took me back to having Jaffa Cakes and Milky Tea at my Nan's on a sunday. My Nephew who's two ate 2 slices and me and my partner finnished off the rest. Yum! I used the zest from 2 oranges as they looked a little wrinkly and past their best! "

"Does anyone know if you can make these as fairy cakes instead of muffins? I have some overripe pears to use up tonight and the shop up the road doesnt have any muffin cases, but i do have fairy cake cases. "

"Tasted amasing and looked fantastic but nothing like the image. I found that my drizzel didnt form a crunchy top it just sank straight through. Most dissapointing, maybe i poured it on while the cake was too warm? Will definatly make it again, possibly with Oranges!"

"Made this for McMillan Coffee Morning at work and went down a storm. I think i proved i am a domestic goddess (well sort of!). It looked like it was from a shop and was really easy to make. A bit long winded as you have to wait for the cake to cook and slice it in half and wait for it to cool. I ended up making the ising for it at 7.00am before going to work. It tasted really rich and luxurious. My friend at work says he still has creams about it and veryone had demanded another one....Maybe for Comic Relief! "
