"Easy to make and delicious to eat, especially the tomatoes wrapped in ham. I made this for myself one night while my boyfriend and his friend ordered a pizza - they regretted that as soon as they saw my plate!"

"I made this with sundried tomato pesto and coated with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated parmesan. Much more preferable to buying dubious crispy chicken at the supermarket or takeaway place."

"Really simple, really delicious. I've always had it with crushed new potatoes, but I like the idea of having it with pasta or roast potatoes too. The basic sauce is a great staple to apply to lots of dishes, one of my weekday favourites being some kind of pasta with fried pancetta and peas stirred into the sauce. "

Crushed olive oil potatoes

"I love crushed potatoes as an alternative to mashed or whole potatoes. I use both butter and olive oil, and plenty of sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Sometimes I add parsley, thyme, mint or chives, depending on the dish. I agree it's especially yummy with the Chicken Cacciatore recipe on this site."
