"Increased the stock and added soy as suggested. Served with ainsley Harriots Spice sensation cous cous that came with last months Olive Mag! The savoury really complemented the sweetness of the mango chutney. Will make again. Kids ate the lot."

"Simple, cheap and tasty. Made this for the kids and ended up eating it with them. Added more soy as suggested (reduced salt) and used wild/basmati rice and a normal onion as it's what I had in. Didn't think it would be this nice! :-)"

"Beautiful. Used skinless and boneless chicken thighs which stayed really moist. Even the left overs were delicious. Definately make again. Served with the crushed potatoes which I finished off in the oven as suggested."
