"I made this using carrots instead of sweet potatoes (bit of a last-minute dinner emergency), and it was lovely. I had red curry paste, and the amount of heat was perfect. I served it with warm homemade bread, and the whole family enjoyed it. Can't wait to try it with sweet potatoes now!"
