    "very nice and full of flavour (although I did add 5 birds eye chillis -with seeds-for a bit of a kick, some sliced peppers, a tablespoon of tom puree and a chicken stock cube) I may try with lamb next time or chicken thighs...mmm"

    "delicious and v easy - i used 2 single lightly smoked salmon fillets that you do in the microwave from asda and chucked in a handful of frozen peas a couple of mins toward end of rice cooking time"

    "this is a fab basic recipe but you can pimp it up a little by using a mix of white and smoked fish with a couple of prawns added in if you have them- I also add a handful of low fat mature cheddar and a teaspoon of mustard (english/dijon or wholegrain) to the sauce before cooking. Yum"

    "Hi Loz, you would bake this cake in a deep sided cake tin rather than 2x sandwich tins and then cut horizontally to fill- you can do this with a large knife or I like to use dental floss to do this (non minted type) just cut off apiece long enough to go round the cake check that it is level then cross the two ends and pull them apart which will slice the cake evenly..."

    "the original recipe is lovely but I have adapted them adding grated carrot, a handful of chopped pecans and a teaspoon of cinamon - they were gorgeous and still low fat - people at work love them!"
