"Really lovely, I added some pancetta to fry with the sausages gave it a nice flavour, also added a bit of red wine as recommended by a fellow reviewer. A really nice alternative to sausage n mash, very filling and tastes great. Perfect for the Autumn & Winter. "

"I made this the day before a planned picnic in Epping Forest. A glorious day, and this went down a storm! Really easy to make (have always wanted to make a tortilla, never realised it was so easy) Really lovely and really easy!"

"Really nice and easy dish, takes 15 minutes.. to everyone saying the sausages are difficult to chop... Sharpen your knives!! I added chickpeas which gave it some body and filling. "
