"This was a really simple, quick and healthy supper. O.K so fresh tuna is a bit of a treat but it's so good you could serve it to friends for dinner, cook the potatoes earlier and warm them through in the oven ready to serve with the tuna."

"Really easy, very quick and utterly delicious. For two of us I used six sheets of lasagne (12 in a pack) a tub (250g) of ricotta, half a bag of rocket and a jar of tomato and chilli pasta sauce with grated cheese on top and served it with a green salad and cold chicken. Its like a lasagne crossed with cannelloni but in a fraction of the time and just as yummy! "

"Absolutely gorgeous, really tasty yet low in fat. I substituted peas for sugar snaps and cumin seeds for cumin and grilled the halloumi as I find it holds together better that way. Anyway only 5 mins to throw the whole thing together - I think veggie guests would be impressed for a midweek supper, go for it!"

"really quick to make and delicious too! We put chopped banana and strawberries in ours and topped with pureed apple (made in freezer for baby) and we all enjoyed them, bubba included - a treat for weekend breakfast minus the ice cream though."

"this recipe is heavenly, so good in fact we are having it again this week (this is rare!) I used couscous and made it separately (adding hot water and leaving for five mins under tea towel) and then added to casserole at the end. This made it nice and moist. I served it with grated cheese, yoghurt and corriander. Great for lunch the next day and great for babies too, my 11 month old loved it with mashed avocado mixed in."
