"Fabulous. Its really easy but looks soooo impressive. Next time I am going to use turkey rather than chicken and add some chesnut puree to the sausage meat."

"This has been a great success for a dinner party dessert. It is very quick and easy -figs can be a bit pricey though. I used pecan nuts rather than walnuts and replaced the mascapone for Creme Fraiche which worked well as it cut through the sweetness of the maple syrup."
