"Made this loads of times, never looks quite as good as the picture but with a dusting of cocoa powder it looks fine. Always tastes great"

"Very tasty and all my guests agreed. I couldnt get chestnut mushrooms but used oyster and crimini (in Canada) instead and it worked really well. I didnt leave enough time in hosting and didnt rest the meat and i think it might have benefitted but all in all i would definately do it again."

"every time i make these they never disappoint. I have competely cheated with the process and heat the choc/butter in microwave, then whisk eggs and sugar and then throw everything else in. Takes about 15 mins to prepare and most of the time goes on the whisking."
