"This was so easy to prepare and really delicious. After the initial 25mins I put it under the grill for another 5 just to brown it and cook a little more. Was wonderful."

"Couldn't find any ketjap manis so I substituted with 4tbsp soy sauce wisked wih 1 tbsp of treacle and it turned out wonderfully. I'm not sure if that quite mirrors the taste but my family wasn't complaining! We also sprinkled chopped peanuts on the top which was v. authentic."
