"Absolutely fantastic, and so quick to make!! I don't know why people buy jars of curry sauce! Made it with cod as well..scrummy. I would imagine that it would be good with chicken as well, just adjust the cooking times....firm favorite in this house!!!"

"Had no shallot, so half a big onion instead....listened to the comments about it looking like baby food...so added 1 tablespoon of half-fat creme fraiche and juice of half a lemon..result!!!! Absolutely fantastic :o) "

Vietnamese lamb shanks with sweet potatoes

"karolek...chicken or vegetable stock are good substitutes. This was gorgeous, a really nice variation for lamb shanks, and well worth the little effort to make it. The smells from the kitchen were wonderful!"
