"I thought this recipe was very tasty I browned the meat as suggested but with an oxo cube to give the meat flavour. I also added dried time instead of fresh I didn't think two tsps was enough so I used a bit more and little bit of tomato puree to give a little colour and was perfect really nice would half the cooking time as the meat was a bit well done might do it in the slow cooker like one of the ladies mentioned I thought and an and a half plus half an hour in the oven was a bit much maybe it was the meat I used but over all a wonderful tasty dish "

"This recipe was gorgoeus. So much taste and texture. I added some spanish chorizo and some garlic. I made sure not to cover the chicken to much so the skin turns golden and crisp as the skin is my favourite! The juice was busting with flavour I made sure i poored this over the rice and it all soaks in yummy will make this again"

"I really enjoyed this recipe. We will be having it again that's for sure. I added some garlic and a dash of balsamic vinegar to give it that little more flavour and some chestnut mushrooms. I may try adding some worcester sauce next time. Well worth trying this was delicous. Make sure the peppers are not to small keep them chunky so the brown all over."
