"This is a really tasty recipe and the suggestions are excellent. One thing I would say. If you buy the potatoes from the supermarket as " suitable for baking" they will be those horrible watery things. Use Edwards, Maris, Roosters or Golden wonder and all will be well. But I expect you knew that already."

"Excellent. This recipe is almost exactly the same as a chicken substitute we used to be given during the war when chicken was still on ration. I am so glad to see its resurrection as it is a genuinely beautiful combination. One thing. Never ever be tempted to use tuna in oil. It makes it nastily oily."

"This is a seriously lovely recipe. May have used a bit too much potato as it was a bit puddingy so I sieved it and then it was gorgeous."

"Quite nice. I used curry powder instead of paste and that may have been why it was a bit gritty. Milk helped make it creamy. My wife found two fish bones in the first mouthful so had to do chips and egg substitute."
