"I didn't have all the ingredients and I have nothing in the fridge, so I just used onion, canned tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and chickpeas. I followed the recipe accordingly, but as I had no bread I didn't particuarly want to add the cheese. "My version" tasted fantastic! I couldn't stop eating it! I accompanied it with a salad, but it could go really well with pasta too. I will definetly try the recipe stated when I go back to the shop, and I'm sure it'll be just as delicious if not more due to the mix of vegetables. I added chilli sauce in mine to give it something extra, but as the others said, I think it would really go well with a bit of meat, personally I would suggest chorizo. I highly recommend this dish, you should all try it!"

"An excellent salad. I wasn't too sure about the avocado and chorizo together, but I tried it and I will definetly be making it again soon. Absolutely delicious!"
