"Excellent recipe. So quick and simple and so delicious. I am not always a good biscuit maker but these turn out just fine every time. I made some this week when my mother-in-law was staying and she crept to the kitchen in the middle of the night for a secret munch:)"

"I really liked this, it was so easy to make. I used a sugar-free jam, so apart from the custard I served it with, it was a sugar-free dessert. The texture was excellent, it plumped up nicely in the oven and was fluffy, not stodgy."
