"I've done it for my daughter's 16th Birthday and it was a great success! My daughter being a picky eater has rated it execellent, so that makes it even more good. To shorten baking time I split the mixture into two sandwich tins and as a filling I bought the chocolate spread which one finds at the supermarket. Mine didn't come soggy in the middle. That is another reason why I divided it into two tins."

"Excellent cake! The thing I liked about it apart from being a very delicious cake was, it's light texture, sweet, but not sickly sweet and quick to make. I made it for my husband's birthday and it was a complete success!"
