"I don't know why this is classed as moderately easy it is seriously simple to make and super quick. Great for entertaining as you can make it well in advance and looks great - and tastes even better!!"

"Was dubious about using a microwave but trusted the recipe - my son got very ill from the meat being undercooked, even though I checked lots of pieces as was concerned. It just doesn't cook in an even way in a microwave. I suggest making it in a wok!!"

"I don't agree with the prep time of the recipe as it seemed to take longer than that for me - however, I also struggled to find the lazy onions so whipped up a batch myself. Went down very well with everyone - a one yr old, 2 yr old and 2 4 yr olds ALL wanted more!! A great 'make ahead' dish"
