"This lovely pudding is nice after freezing too. I make double the amount of pudding and freeze one, then I just make up some more toffee sauce, its fab to take over to a dinner party, pudding thats love by one and all."

"This recipe was so very easy, and delicious. I made it for my non foodie husband who said it was a winner! I did add the garlic and i used smoked paparika, as suggested by fellow cooks, and have now made a big batch to freeze. Hopefully it will come be just as nice. "
