"I'm in love with this recipe. First time I made it was about 1,5 year ago and ever since it's one of my favourite. Simple, quick, so damn tasty! In my opinion original recipe is so good there is no need to change anything. However I tend to keep a lid on as I prefer curry sauce to be less thick. Perfect home made curry for a mid week supper as well as a dinner party. So delicious! Try it yourself. You won't be disappointed! "

"Nice and easy! What's important quick to prepare. I stick to the original recipe however had to give a tamaring paste a miss as I didn't have any. Added a tsp of dried tamarind instead. Not the best home made curry if you ask me ( sth was missing, not sure what was it) but still quite tasty dish. Worth a try! "

"Did not wok at all. I used tin of pured chestnuts as I could not get any at thet time. Basicly, it did not set at all. And taste strange. Ended up in a bin. Disappointed! Won't be making this again that for sure."

"Oh, and one more thing. I think its quite important to use dry beans for this soup. I know it might be a bit of headache to soak them night before however is worth it as they taste way better afterwords. Good luck"

"Fantastic!!! What a quick and fab soup!!! NIce heat and creamy coconut...mmmm delicious!!! Highly recommended. And brings memories back from caraibien holidays. However next time I will add less beans. Give it a go , won't be disappointed."
