"the whole family agreed that this pud was delcious. we poured on more warmed jam at the end along with some homemade custard. the jam roly-poly stuck to the wrapper so came out a bit messy but still tasted gorgeous. "

"this was sooooo yummy! made this for my family and it was a big hit. the recipe was a bit fiddly and long but well worth it. the cheesecake needed 35 minutes to cook though! i will definitely make this my staple cheesecake recipe."

"Yum! Made these blackberry & apple sponge puddings for the family after a roast dinner. They went down a treat. The fruity sponges were lovely and the homemade custard made a nice change from the nasty shop-bought stuff. Would definitely make this again - perhaps using pears and raspberries for a nice change."
