"I made this cake with my last too extra ripe bananas and I was extremely happy that I could use them to make a super cake. I didn't bother with the topping but I will try it out next time. I made only 1 cake in a 26cm loose bottomed flan. Fantastically soft and tasty!! TRY IT OUT!!"

"Just heaven!! I lately made this cake in a 26 cm loose-bottomed cake tin and it still was high enough to cut in half and sandwich together with cream. I followed the recipe exactly. I think the trick in this cake is the folding of the egg whites and not to over mix. I decorated with milk chocolate curls which I did with a potato peeler instead as I ran out of white. My result ended in an amazing soft and tasty cake. "

"I've made this a couple of times. Very easy and quick to do. I tried different biscuits, like honey and nut. I also like to add a generous amount of vanilla sugar to the cream. Super delicious!"

"I tried this recipe today but as i did not have any walnuts I used pinenuts. I used half the quantity of ingredients as I made the recipe for 2 but next time I will still use 2 garlic and the same amount of ground cumin as it lacked a bit of taste. I will surely try it again."

"I've recently tried this out but made my own version. I added grilled peppers, fried mushrooms with garlic, bacon and left out the olives. It was delicious so I will definately do it again. "
