"I used chicken stock thanks to the comments here and it worked very well. Extra parmesan grated on top was tasty too."

"I made this to go with some sausages in hot dog rolls and it was yummy. Had problems buying mustard powder though- is this an ingredient that's dying out? Maybe I was just unlucky with the supermarkets (I tried our Waitrose + Asda but they'd stopped doing it). In place of powder, I put a dollop of english mustard sauce instead which seemed to work ok!"

"These are my new favourite sausage roll! I'm not always keen on the little bits of fat in sausage meat so chicken was a great alternative for me. I've frozen two batches now and they cook really well after freezing."

"A tasty seasonal coleslaw using celeriac, red cabbage and apple. I especially liked the tamari coated nuts making me feel virtuous and health conscious whilst eating them! "
