"I added some peppers into this and it was lovely - great served with pitta bread and very wholesome too which was a bonus!"

"I threw in some chilli flakes and a squeeze of lemon - also added some dried tarragon and found it a great and quite healthy supper. Also a good way to get rid of some leftover roast chicken."

"I left out the fish sauce and used lots of fresh coriander instead of Thai basil. It was smashing and very quick!"

"Excellent dish - can also be cooked in a slow cooker but takes around 6 hours to really soften up. I used Newcastle Brown and it was very tasty."
