"I actually ended up making this recipe with fresh fusilli pasta and it was really delicious! Baked for 25 mins at 190 degrees instead of grilling. Added onions and mushrooms, and found the mascarpone absolutely delicious - no need to substitute. Hopefully my local supermarket will have gnocchi back in stock soon so I can try it properly!"

"Loved this cake. Used zest of 2 lemons as suggested, and juice of two for the drizzle. Decided to use icing sugar for the topping and although it didn't quite look like the picture, it did go quite crispy. Will definitely make again!"
