"I used this recipe to make chocolate butterfly cakes. It made 18 in large muffin cases! I only used a total of 300g of sugar and I used half dark chocolate and half chocolat orange in the sponge. Also I didn't make the ganache. I whipped up 500g of double cream and mixed in 200g of melted dark and chocholate orange and pipped it on top. They were fab and I got lots of compliments! Thanks Good Food"

"This was delicious! I followed PinkRose's advice and used cinnamon. There are some plantains going ripe in my kitchen as I write this. Can't wait to make it again!! "

"This was really strange. When my friend and I first started eating it, I thought I would have to throw it away as it was so sharp and bitter, due to the lemon and lime. However the more we ate it the better it was and by the end we could have eaten more. I think I would make it again. "

"This was lovely. I also added some chorizo to it. But if you do this I recommend that you fry it off first to get rid of some of the fat. I served with uncut bread fresh from the baker. Ummmm!"

"I made this last night and it was lush. My mum goes to Rome at least once a year and loves carbonara, and she said it was as good as anything she had had there! Also added mushrooms."
