"I've made this loads of times, last few times making it with a bag of frozen Tesco seafood mix. Fantastic, added a little garlic with the onion. A winner in my family!"

Greek lamb with orzo

"made this for the 3rd time this weekend for supper with friends. Fantastic as before! the flavours are so good, but superb if made the day before and chilled in the fridge before reheating. The salad suggested complements the whole dish. Everyone enjoyed it!"

"absolutely brilliant way to 'jazz' up salmon, i used it for a supper for some friends, and it went down a treat!.... The second time I made it I put some tiger prawns in the 'parcel', even better!"
