"These were delicious and ridiculously easy. My teenage daughter commented that she isn't normally keen on new potatoes (unless they are cold and sitting in the fridge!) but thought these were 'fab' and she wished there were more. We all enjoyed them."

"This was very easy and very popular with all the family but we all felt it could have done with more of a strawberry flavour and another time I would use more strawberries and just chop the extra and fold them in as well to see if that helps. Still very good though, and wonderfully simple."

"I should have read the reviews before I tried these as they were much stodgier than my usual muffins. My son absolutely adored them though and they get 3 stars despite the consistency because the flavour was great. I am going to try again but use self raising flour rather than plain and keep everything else the same and see what happens. Hopefully they will be less solid!"
