"I used the silicon liner on the baking tray and they all came out perfectly! Really pleased with the results - especially as I had never made these before. I put them together with the mascapone and jam half an hour before everyone arrived and they were delicious! Everyone couldn't believe I had made them. I'll definitely be making these again. As in the above comment I used a little bit more of the pink food colouring to give a better pink colour."

"I have made this receipe several times and it is always delicious. I put the burgers in the fridge for a while to "set" and it seems to stop them crubling. The flavours all work so well together. I would definately reccommend!"

"Loved this recipe. Worked really well as a salad for a BBQ. Teasted and looked delicious and used up some more of my glut of courgettes! Courgette chocolate cake next!!"

"This was a real winner with the family after a roast lunch recently. Easy to make and I must admit I didn't have enough maple syrup so topped up the quantity with golden syrup and it was fine. Delicious slightly warm or straight from the fridge with cream. Very rich, but worth it. Will definately make it again."
