"I cooked this for my girlfriend and me and we couldn't believe how good it tasted! Was unsure about the use of pears and what type to use but used Comice and they came out well - make sure you cook them until they are soft - they felt like the potato substitute. The caramelising red onion was served on the side. The pork fried with salt, pepper and rosemary, and then with the oven blasted melted stilton on top was mouthwatering! Considering the short amount of preparation and cooking time involved, this meal is amazing!"
