"Absolutely gorgeous and so easy to prepare. I don't agree with the comments about the cous cous lacking flavour/texture as there was plenty of sauce to flavour all of the cous cous and plenty of prawns for texture! My favourite dish from this website (so far!)."

"Absolutely loved this! Went down very well with friends at a mid-week meal. Chopped the onions first and soaked in the lemon juice (used a whole one) whilst the lentils were cooking to take a edge off them a bit. "I added more sesame seeds - probably 4 tbsp ish - and didn't add water/milk to the mixture as was just right with just the yogurt (used greek). Very easy. Friends were impressed I had made home made bread for a quick mid-week meet up! "I made this to serve with cheese enchiladers, bean salad and margaritas for a vegetarian dinner party and it went down a storm. However reheated the left overs a couple of days later and added small pieces of crispy bacon, which I think made it much tastier. "
