"Come autumn and it's time to cook this again. Delicious. Also freezes really well so we can enjoy it again through the week."

"Lovely. Light and can be done with any vegetables to hand. Just had it with spring onions, sweetcorn, carrot and bamboo shoots. Plus a coriander for green. Easy, quick and satisfying."

"Hubby has cooked this loads of times now and every time it's delicious. Adding a leek adds a new dimension, also lovely but each time you end up with a lovely moist chicken. Excellent recipe!"

"Love this one, been doing it regularly since the recipe came out. We vary the antipasti that go with it, trying different hams and salamis, never put any anchovy in but swap the salad around with peperonata, artichoke, mushrooms in olive oil and it's always been delicious. One day we'll do it as a main meal on the weekend and I'm going to try making ciabatta to go with it. Sue"

"Delicious. OH came home and made it when I had laryngitis and not only did it taste fantastic, it pepped me up and my voice came back. Full of flavour, a lovely chilli kick and the pak choi (picked mine straight from the garden) was full of flavour. I'd recommend this to anyone."
