"Made these for Afternoon Tea on Sunday. Took some to work today and got rave reviews "gorgeous " was used!! Very easy to make, some carrot cakes have a huge list of ingredients these were very simple. "

"Lovely! cooked in the slow cooker all day transfered to the oven for the last 20 mins and added some herby dumplings. Made for a dinner party and received rave reviews. Will definately make again."

"Made this for a dinner party starter, was surprised at how easy it was. Looked very cheffy once plated up. I really don't like liver ( altho bizarrely love pate) and haven't cooked with it for years. To me it smelt revolting as it cooked but once it was cool it was ok and it tated lovely."
