"Absolutely delicious. I used Pataks Balti curry paste and large field mushrooms and cooked the potatoes for longer than stated until they were soft before adding the other veg. Definitely one to make again and again."

"Excellent! I cooked the squash for longer than stated as it was still hard after the specified time. Will be making this again as it was delish."

"I halved this for two but then there wasn't quite enough sauce. Also when I make it again I wouldn't include the potato in with the vegetables, just layer them on top as I found they broke up and went into a mush when stirring them in together. I added some lightly sauteed mushrooms and next time will try adding extra veg such as carrot and courgette. "

"Brilliant! Mu husband rated this the best vegetarian meal he had ever had! I used more lentils (150g) which thickened it up nicely. Will definately be making this one again and again."
