    "I can see why this is one of the favourites!! Made it the other day for my Mum's birthday. Delicious. Was incredibly easy to make, the hardest bit for me was the cooking time. I used an 18cm tin, which I doubt would make much difference but it was eventually cooked after 1hr 50 mins. Not sure why. Didn't seem to hinder the taste though. Gorgeous brownie like texture in the centre. Would recommend covering it once the top is cooked to stop the top getting too crispy, although some folks like it that way! Ganache was very, very nice. Would recommend letting it cool for a while before using on the cake as half of it ran straight off, luckily onto the plate conveniently placed under the cooling rack so I could reuse it! Will be trying this one again!"

    Grilled salmon with lemon courgettes

    "Was delicious. Very lemony, not too overpowering but you have to like lemon! I made it just for myself so halved everything (used 1 large-ish courgette - still used 1 clove of garlic because I love it). Goes very well with the salmon as it calms the flavour down a bit."

    "I've just cooked this, using it as my food I take to work for tea. It was very easy, I didn't use the pouch of rice, I just half-cooked some rice seperate but added it at the same time. Also used yellow pepper and added some green beans that I had in the fridge (added them at the beginning). I also doubled the amounts (except the rice) which was very easy. Oh, and didn't do the poached egg It is quite nice, nothing special but is easily transported in some tubs to take to work!"
