"A simple and quick recipe and the chicken was lovely and tender, but just not very exciting. I felt it needed more flavour in the crispy coating; I was hoping for more from the parmesan."

"My first attempt at daal and very successful! Like others I used canned tomatoes and found the consistency just right. I thought a whole red chilli would be too hot but the flavours mellowed nicely and in fact I'd probably use a little more next time. I also added some paneer just before serving and this worked beautifully. Can't wait for my leftover lunch today!!"

"This was divine, although mine looked considerably more, er, rustic than the picture! I thought I'd be clever and use the full pack of berries as 200g didn't look enough, so this made the bubbling of juices out of the tin quite bad, but luckily I'd taken the advice of placing a tray underneath so there was no mess. This would also be good served as a warm pudding."
