"Agree with DMC above - to get a cake the same size as in photo you need my fail safe Mary Berry recipe - 225gs of each and 4 eggs, 2 tsps baking powder. It's a winner. "

"Garlic (lots of), more mixed herbs (tablespoon) and some chopped celery would help. I sometimes add a chopped red chilli too to give it a kick. Quorn is just a flavour carrier."

"My first attempt at a cheesecake and it turned out brilliantly. Easy to make (bit of a faff to sieve the strawberry sauce but hey-ho) and it tasted delicious. Will chalk this one up as a success!"

"Delicious and so easy to make. Brilliant that they can be cooked form frozen - you don't even have to remember to get them out them out the freezer! My husband doesn't like pesto (doubt he's ever tried it) but he thought they were great too. A big hit in our house - no more shop bought ever again!"
