    Roasted butternut squash with goat's cheese

    "AMAZING! Easy and looked fantsatic! I also was able to cater to everyone's personal tastes at the dinner party... for example, I have one friend who is a real spice lover, so I added extra chilli, I also have a vegan, so no cheese for her, my boyfriend is anti-vegetarian food, so added some poached chicken & cooked bacon pieces in with his roasted veggies!! Everyone was impressed! It was easy to make and it's easy to alter as per your wants!! I also exchanged goats chees for feta, it was lovely!! "

    Milk chocolate & Cointreau mousses

    "I made this for a dinner party and didn't think there was very much per serving, however, it was quite rich for a mousse so it worked out very well. Very tasty. Not convinced about the candied orange though. Will certainly be making again, it's so easy and ready prepared in the fridge for just last minute additions (i.e. cream on top) before serving! "

    "I've made these twice now, the first time I couldn't wait and didn't bother chilling, they tasted fine, but the second time I chilled, the taste was the same. Second time it was easier to handle and meant that I didn't waste any mixture... they turned out better in my opinion, so I'll be chilling everytime from now on! Great taste & easy to make! "

    "This was nice, I think I cooked the chicken for too long (maybe my fillets were smaller than normal!), but overall I was pleased with the result. I served with potatoes and green veg. I think next time I will try with softer cheese to create more of a 'sauce'. "
