"Fish pie is often bland so this was a lovely suprise. I used full fat cream cheese and added my own herbs and garlic. My husband even asked for seconds, and he doesn't like fish!! I would use this sauce again, maybe with chicken and mushrooms. A very easy recipe with endless possibilities."

"Oh my!! I have died and gone to heaven. This was perfect, made to the recipe. It serves 6 rather than 4 though. I doubled it up for a dinner party and had to print the recipe for everyone! Will be a much repeated favourite. "

"Oh my!! I have died and gone to heaven. I made this for a dinner party. I doubled the amounts and made 10 ramekins but it would have comfortably made 12. Everyone loved it."
