"This is a very tasty meal. I got a very good compliment from my husband who is not a big fan of fish particularly salmon. He said he wouldn't mind to eat this meal again and I definately have to cook it again. I used potatoes, tomatoes and carrots as these were what I had and roasted them for 15 mins before I put the salmons on the top and continued to bake for 25 mins. Highly recommended! "

"I made this orange cake today without the chocolate topping. All I can say is this is a 5 stars cake, it tastes absolutely gorgeous and very moist. My husband even suggested me to sell this cake at the office!! Try this recipe, you will not regret! I promise :) "
