"Loved this one - very tasty and the pork was really tender. I'm not a cider fan, but found it didn't overpower this. Served with really creamy mash. The only change - I wilted the spinach in the same pan as the chops and sauce, purely as a space saver as my cooker is tiny - I just made sure I'd squeezed the liquid out of it first so the sauce wasn't watery. Definitely doing this one again."
