"If you are not making this for kids, then add in lots more curry paste to give it a bit more Ooomph! It's an easy curry to make and good to use up various veg you've got in the fridge. "

"Oh wow, I'm really impressed with these! They are going to be my staple breakfast now, it's easy to grab one and run out the door. I also mixed up the nuts & seeds combo and used what I had - up to 200g worth of seeds and nuts to match the 200g of oats. "

"Yum, Yum!! This is a super easy, super tasty dish. I left out the bacon and added a pepper cut into strips which worked just as well I thought. And I had it with pasta, not a baked potato. Will definitely be one to make again."
