"This was a quick and easy dish to make but I wasn't completely blown away by it. Following previous advice I added mushrooms, peas and seasoned well but it was still a bit boring and bland. I will probably make it again but won't be in any great rush to do so. "

"I really didn't enjoy this. Like StaceyB85 said, this is just a simple chilli recipe and an uninspiring one at that. I didn't add all the stock but still found it to be too "sloppy" and the garlic bread was crisp on top and soggy on the bottom - not pleasant. Unfortunately this one is being deleted from my binder :("

"This didn't look like much whilst cooking but appearances can be deceiving because it tasted gorgeous!! I completely forgot previous comments about thickening the sauce but even though the end result was a bit runny it was plate-licking good! I did think the amount of peas was a bit high but as I love peas (& add them to nearly everything) I really didn't mind! I will make this dish again and again. Nom nom nom!! "

"I enjoyed this but didn't think it was anything special. I'd never had butter beans before and wasn't 100% keen on them, especially as there was so many in this dish. I may try with a different type of bean or just use less butter beans next time. I didn't think it was spicy at all so next time will add some chilli powder to it. I also found it was a little on the watery side. I used a 1.23kg mixed pack of thighs and drumsticks as suggested by GF and as there were 8 pieces of chicken in it, it meant 1.33 pieces each when serving 6!! Go figure! I ended up striping the meat off the bones which kind of defeated the object of using them in the first place. I'd probably use just boned thighs next time."

"This is so delicious. I've made it a few times and it is always a big hit. I love chorizo so the chunky slices in this are perfect for me. And it tastes even nicer the next day. This is a dish I'll make over and over. Yum yum :)"
